The pillows are incredibly flat and therefore resulted in neck and back pain. The faucet in the sink leaks and is either freezing or burning. Hands down, the most disrespectful and rude staff of any hotel I have ever visited - the wait staff in the restaurant are argumentative and rude, not to mention more than once I've had an order messed up/forgotten and I've only been here for 4 days. For my first dinner here, a waiter tried to take 10 francs extra in the cash we paid as a tip and was furious with us when we requested to have our change. I'm a seasoned traveler, and I have never had as drastic issues with hotel staff.
