We were vacationing in Colorado Springs, and our 7-year-old grandson needed medical attention quickly. Penrose was closest and we took him to the ER. The care was amazing and everyone so attentive - special thanks for the triage nurse (didn't get his name), his wonderful ER nurse Leslie Duff and physician Dr. Renner. Very thorough, very caring - great communciation, just the right tests, and very calming for a sick little boy and his very concerned brother and grandparents. Thanks so much to all of your team!
