As a customer of LinkNYC, I must say their service is average. The free Wi-Fi and charging stations are convenient, but the speed is often slow. The kiosks themselves are easy to use and the display is clear. However, sometimes the touchscreens are unresponsive. Overall, LinkNYC is an okay service.
