They sent a notice letter to the wrong address resulting in major delays in our business. Further, because the filing requires a fee, we had to pay the fee again for them to properly process our paperwork. This department seems to keep finding different ways for taxpayers to pay more money for them to just do their job. You call them and you get the feeling that you are causing them an inconvenience...even though all you're asking them to do is just the job that taxpayers are asking them to do.
