Hi good morning I have an apartment in Orlando Florida.Since day one when I moved here in April there have been nothing but Roaches, bathroom issues including mold and mildew caulking issues counter tops falling apart both kitchen and bathroom Air condition issues with cold and heat closet doors off the tracks refrigerator not working at one point spoiled my food costing me 94 dollars garbage disposal oven not properly working cabinet doors loose and not properly closing draws as well as well as other things ...but if your late with your rent a couple of days you guys are looking to evict tenants.
