My experience with Freedom holidays was mixed. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth, but the quality of the accommodations was not up to par. The customer service was average, with delayed responses to my inquiries. I had some issues during my stay which were not adequately addressed. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
