I last saw Dr. Sparadeo on the 5th of December 201...

I last saw Dr. Sparadeo on the 5th of December 2019 to review my testing results. I was told it would take him a few weeks to type up a final report for me because of the holidays. I was told by him and the front desk to call if I needed my results sooner. I called the front desk after 3 weeks and asked for an update and was told it would take 6-12 weeks for my report to be typed up. I called again a few weeks later and still no report. We are now in JULY 2020 and I have received no report from Dr. Sparadeo and his office despite calling numerous times leaving voicemails, and my insurance company has been billed already. Due to the pandemic when I ve tried calling the office I am prompted to leave a voicemail and someone will get back to me as soon as possible. Ive received no call back. I do not recommend this office because they clearly do not prioritize their patients, especially the ones who have already been billed. Do better.
