I have been a customer of Autonomy multimedia for several years now and I must say that their service has been average. While they do provide a decent range of products, I have found their customer support to be lacking. It often takes them a while to respond to any queries or issues I have. Overall, the company is satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement.
