I've been going to Dr. Bang for a little under half year and she has been so wonderful to have as a dentist. I always get a bit anxious when I go for dentist appointments, but Dr. Bang always tries to put me at ease by explaining the procedures that are going to happen and why things are important at a holistic level. She truly cares for her patients gives herself to her profession and her staff/team is always so welcoming and responsive so you really get what you pay.

I initially found her while searching for dentists that do the pinhole surgery in SF. Once I had my initial consultation for the pinhole surgery, she wanted to find the root cause of the issue was instead of just treating the issue. She was able to figure out that I have a TMJ that was causing me to bite down harder on one side. Thankfully, Dr. Bang is also a TMJ specialist and was able to detail a non-invasive long term plan to correct it. I'm still undergoing that treatment plan, but so far Dr. Bang has been very reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the experience even when my anxiety about the whole thing kicks in.
