My experience with public transportation in Duluth has been positive overall. The buses are usually on time, and the drivers are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the convenience of the routes and the fact that I can rely on the bus schedules. However, there have been a few occasions where the buses were overcrowded, especially during rush hour. It would be beneficial if the company could address this issue and ensure that all passengers have a comfortable journey.
