I have mixed feelings about Arches. While their products are good, I had some issues with their customer service. It took them a long time to respond to my queries and they weren't very helpful. However, once the issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. The website is easy to navigate but could use some improvements. Overall, an average experience.
