I recently used the services of Arch Haus to design and build our new home. Overall, I would rate their services as average. While they did meet most of our expectations, there were a few areas where they fell short. The initial design phase was promising, with creative and unique ideas presented to us. However, the execution of those ideas during the construction phase was lacking. The quality of workmanship was decent, but there were several instances where attention to detail was lacking. Additionally, the project took longer to complete than initially stated, causing inconvenience and extra costs. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. Despite the drawbacks, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the issues we faced. While there is room for improvement, Arch Haus offers an average level of service for those looking for a reliable home design company.
