🏢 The company website had a modern and sleek design 💻, which made navigation easy. However, I found the overall experience with the company to be average. 😐 The customer service was polite and responsive, but I felt like they lacked expertise in handling my specific queries. There were also some delays in getting my issues resolved, which was a bit frustrating. ⌛️ The products they offered were decent, but nothing extraordinary. 📦 Although the prices were fair, I expected better quality for the price paid. 🤔 In terms of delivery, it arrived within the promised timeframe, but the packaging could have been more secure to prevent damage. 📦 Overall, my experience with Kurschat & co. was average at best.
