Bayfront staff including nurses, anesthesiologists, transporters was fantastic. My experience from pre-op area, endoscopy and recovery room couldn t be better. The registration process was the most painful experience I ve had for a long time. It took me an hour to register. There was only one person registering for all outpatient procedures including surgery, lab and radiology. Bayfront should reconsider the registration process because it is affecting the customer experience in a very negative way.
