I recently had a procedure at the surgery center and I must say, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, but the overall experience was just average. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was efficient. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. 🏥 The pre-op and post-op care was adequate, but I felt that the communication about the procedure could have been clearer. 💬 Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and wait times.
