Living at the Monarch in Ridge Hill for 2 years and going on my 3rd. Now working with Mark Kaspiev has been a pure pleasure. He is extremely professional and attentive to all needs and quickly resolved any concerns I have had. I am happy that Mark is now the on-site leasing manager for this building and confident that he will maintain this building and its tenants to his greatest ability. Thanks Mark!!
