I recently stayed at a hotel managed by this company and had an average experience. The website offered a good overview of their properties, but I found the booking process a bit confusing. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but I expected more personalized service considering the price. The staff was polite but didn't go out of their way to make my stay special. The amenities were standard, and I didn't feel like I got good value for the money. Overall, the experience was okay, but I think there are other hotel options that offer a better overall experience for the price.
