I recently used the organization's website to find housing assistance resources. The website was organized and easy to navigate, which made it simple to find the information I needed. However, I found that the content was somewhat limited, and I wished there were more resources available. Additionally, the lack of a live chat feature or direct contact information made it challenging to get immediate assistance. Overall, my experience was average. I appreciate the effort put into the website's usability, but expanding the available resources and improving the customer support options would greatly enhance the experience.
