Be sure to check your EOB before paying your bill. This company double billed and has owed me a refund for over 6 months. I paid my bill on 6/25/2018, it s now 1/5/2019 and I still don t have my check and every time I call now they say I ll have it in 2 weeks. They clearly hope you forget about your refund and don t care that they are stealing your money. Consumers beware.
