My health care is very good.Sometimes they seem to go overboard on tests so they are really sure of the protocall for the next step.
The recent OPEN FACE TALK has improved their thinking on care and was a definite improvement over past performance. Unfortunately they do not give all their employees ENGLISH LESSONS SO BOTH THE GIVER AND THE RECEIVER CLOSELY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS EITHER GOING TO HAPPEN OR WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO. THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO HAVE PEOPLE WORKING WITH SICK PEOPLE AND EACH DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE OTHER ABOUT WHAT IS WRONG. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CORRECT.
