The ER was separated by curtains like you would find in 1972 or in a poor country. The staff wasn't polite. 80% of the time spent with anyone there was about payment plans instead of health care. No real solutions were presented and was told there was little they could do to help, but, made sure before we left that we knew about the payment options again. The bill was over 11 times the amount of urgent care that did much more of a service. The only concern of the ER was to make sure they would get paid without offering any real help or solution. Will never go back again.
