I recently purchased new windows from a company I found online. The quality of the windows is great and they were installed perfectly. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and the communication was not clear. Overall, I am satisfied with the windows but Fenêtres elite inc could improve their customer service.
