Absolutely TERRIBLE! I sent in a FULLY functioning...

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I sent in a FULLY functioning Barco TSM display for a Philips Azurion Cath lab (which they said they repair). It had a small hairline crack in the front glass, other than that it was completely functional. They performed their estimate and said it needed a new LCD. It needs a new LCD because they completely DESTROYED the monitor. What I received back was a completely useless and destroyed TSM monitor. Plus I have been ghosted by their sales, QC and management departments. SO if you want your items FIXED, send them elsewhere. If you d like to pay shipping to have your items DESTROYED, send them there!

RESPONSE TO BELOW: NO, your team did not purchase another monitor to send me. They ATTEMPTED to fix the monitor they destroyed free of charge. However their fix was putting a piece of plexi glass on the top and putting a laminate border. It looks absolutely cheap and terrible, which is what I have come to expect from this company. Not to mention it came back WITH A CRACK STILL IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER. Again, I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!
