Extremely disappointed like many of the other post...

Extremely disappointed like many of the other posters in here. I would also give it a 0 but that is not an option. My daughter has had 10 hours of online problems that resulted in her filling out the paper form and then they misspelled her name and had other incorrect information put in. She fixed it numerous times online but could not finish the process. She also tried to contact DEO via the phone but she was often given the same number to call to "speak" to someone. I would describe more but like the FDOE it's a waste of time to write more.
