If you are ble to wait out their waiting list, the YWCA Counselling Centre has a wonderful complement of couselors, therapists and psychologists able to assist you with a huge spectrum of mental health issues. They operate on a sliding scale to ensure that no one is unable to afford their services.

In a day when securing mental health services is difficult in of itself, this is definitely a place to check up.
