As a person who has worked in emergency care I was absolutely appauled by the care my mom recieved when we brought her to the ER for chest pain. The doctor was so arrogant and condescending. My mom was going over some of her health problems and he automatically wrote her off as if he knew what was causing her pain. He literally did not follow normal protocol for a patient presenting with chest pain. He did not provide an adequate work up at all and sent her home. I will not ever return to this ER if I have the option. I am significantly disappointed in this Emergency department. I have called the manager to discuss this problem and never reiceved a return phone call (which in all honesty is extremely frustrating because it just shows the continuation of the horrific care we recieved) If you think you or your family memeber are having a heart attack I would strongly advise you to go to a different hospital in the area. I will never recommend this hospital's emergency care to anyone.
