I had a mixed experience with Ashton International Media. The website, dollreader.com, is visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My inquiries were often met with delayed responses, and when I did receive a reply, it felt impersonal. The overall quality of their products is good, but the lack of attention to customer service was disappointing. I would consider purchasing from them again, but only if they improve their customer support.
