Terrible customer service! If you're thinking of buying a Mercedes ask about the "Wear and Tear Warranty". You think that you're getting a bumper to bumper warranty but you're NOT. Mercedes has a 4 year warranty and you think it covers everything but no- there is a wear and tear warranty that is only 24 months or up to 40,000km. Our Mercedes is 2017 with 23,000km and in Dec of 2018 Mercedes would not honor a light bulb change as they said that we had gone past the 24 months....Also it took 6 months to order in the light bulb!! We have called the customer service department and emailed
the Head Office and have not even had a reply. LOUSY SERVICE!!!!
