Ive taken my son there since he was a child and now he has his own children and we decided to have my granddaughters 10th birthday there . It was absolutely horrible experience. With regards to the actual birthday party it was fine. Besides the fact that the pizza was so thin that all the children were still hungry after their two slices. So I ordered wings for my granddaughter who told me she was still hungry . After we gave up the space after an hour rental we went outside to explore the activities . First thing we encountered was our entire party witnessing a huge scene that was caused by the manager reprimanding one of his employees in front of everyone at the go/kart area. This poor kid was being berated and I thought that was very unprofessional and uncalled for, especially in front of the children and other guests. They seemed frightened by what they were witnessing.
After going to the counter on three separate occasions in 35 minutes the wings are still not done and we were told that they would find us and bring them to us so we wouldn t have to keep coming back and asking. Well after being caught up in the activities for an hour my granddaughter came to me and asked about her wings. I wENT to the counter and inquired about them, only to find that they had been sitting there and were completely dried out and cold. When I asked for them to be redone the manager flatly refused to my face that he would not be making anymore so I asked for a refund. He took my receipt and appeared to be doing a refund on my debit card. The $11 and change for the wings never came back on my card. The manager was extremely rude and his demeanor is certainly not what you want around your children. He was extremely unprofessional and I will never take my family there again and this is after I ve been going there for 20 years. Neither of these managers are not fit for customer service.
