I had been having a recurring problem over the last few months. Twice we thought it had been corrected, but it happened again over the weekend - while I was driving. I called from the road and they said bring it right in. Mary Beth remembered me, remembered that I had been in before for the same issue and managed to get it looked at without much delay despite how busy Service was. Fortunately for me, the repair was under warranty - but Autofair did everything they could to make it easy on me, including a loaner without me having to request it. I want to thank everyone for their courtesy, respect, friendliness and their good work.
