I recently had the opportunity to work with an IT company that provided me with the necessary solutions for my business. Although their service was decent, I felt that there was room for improvement. The customer support could have been more responsive, and some of the features were a bit lacking. Overall, they did an okay job, but I believe they have the potential to do better.
