Bosh rain shower nightmare, complained shower pressure low on January 2021 , technician by the name Asyraf Rusian came check the shower and he confirmed product faulty and will speak to management to see what they can do about it. Today 1st march 2021 , up to now there was to any response from bosh... i advice people out there you better choose other brand instead of Bosh water heater... and i demand full refund from Bosh for supply me faulty product which caused me so much time and money. I am waiting for Bosh to call me for the refund process and collect back their water heater model TR8000 series. Technician attendance job sheet number 2024624.
