We recently moved into town. My 1 1/2 year old had a scary fall off a play set. Concerned, we decided to take him to the ER here in Marion since it was close in proximity. My wife and son arrived around 5:30p....at 8:35p she walked out of the ER room passing several nurses and staff sitting and chatting it up. During her (3 HOUR ER VISIT) one person came in and offered my son a drink, but no actual medical attention was received whatsoever.
Frustrated and concerned for our baby boy, my wife calls me in tears.
I ve heard several rumors about this hospital in the past but I figured I would try To give them the benefit of the doubt.
My advice is if you need medical attention fast, don t waste your time going to this hospital, reguadless what their billboard says on 13.
You re likely not going to get the timely medical help you need.
