I have been working with Nipun Systems, Inc. for the past two years and I must say that my experience has been average overall. The work environment is good and the company provides decent benefits. However, there is a lack of growth opportunities and the salary package could be better. The management is also not very transparent which sometimes creates confusion. Overall, Nipun Systems, Inc. is a decent company to work for.
