I recently had an experience with a senior living facility that left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming, and the staff seemed rushed, which affected the overall experience for my loved one. Communication could use some improvement. it felt challenging at times to get timely updates. The activities offered weren't very engaging and seemed limited. While there were some positive moments, overall, it didn’t meet the expectations I had based on their website description. 🍂👎
