I was less than satisfied with the service I received. The communication felt lacking, and the response time was slow. It didn't meet my expectations, especially considering the initial promise of creativity. The designs were somewhat generic and didn’t capture the essence I was hoping for. 😕 I think there's room for improvement in both service and quality.
