I stayed at Hotel Excellency - India during my business trip last week. The overall experience was just average. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was not up to the mark. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my requests. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, with limited options. I expected better considering the reputation of the hotel. Hopefully, they will improve their service and become truly excellent in the future.
