I highly recommend the parent and tot class. My daughter, Helena, has been attending since she was 2 and she absolutely loves it! It s a great way to help healthy kid development and well-being. It provides the perfect environment where toddlers can use their senses to develop coordination and confidence. The gymnastics environment is colorful, padded, fun and safe. My daughter is about to turn four and I have watched her developmentally progress in the areas of increased strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, and artistry. All the instructors are great, but Mrs. Toni is our favorite teacher.
