My experience with Valencia Realty Capital was average. While they delivered on their promises, I felt that there were certain areas that needed improvement. Their knowledge and expertise were impressive, but I found their communication somewhat lacking. There were times when I had to reach out multiple times to get updates or clarifications. Nonetheless, they were able to get the job done, and I am satisfied with the results overall.
