A few months ago I had to change from my school to...

A few months ago I had to change from my school to Barcelona. The documentation was done in a short time and the current month was returned to me at the school of origin. After a time in Barcelona, I return to my city and carry out the transfer of the file again and they are the ones who refuse to return the month paid, having to pay extra money for being registered in my province. VERY UNFORTUNATE!!
