Same as the above review, they have leasing signs all over the plaza on North Ocean Ave in Farmingville. Parking lot is ABSOLUTELY disgusting, piles of garbage in every corner. If you guys don't "own" the shopping center and only lease, then maybe u should be contacting the people that can do something about this. You wonder why half of the stores have your "Space available" signs in the window. You couldn't pay me to rent in this lot. Do something about it instead of passing blame.
