I have listed the pros and cons for your consideration at that the bottom. These are all subjective and differ based on either experience or preference.

Pros:
1.) Allison is very considerate and is the face of the property. She will do everything she can to make your stay at the Gallery 400 fantastic.
2.) The apartments are spacious and alot of them offer a different array of amenities. Some of the utilities are included.
3.) Has a decent gym and a nice indoor swimming pool for you to enjoy. Has a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace. A grill and a dog spot on the roof to bring your pets.
4.) Everything is right next to the apartments from an IMAX theater to array of different bars and hotels. The arch is a block and a half away from the property and the Federal Reserve is right next door.
5.) You have the availability of public transportation at your finger tips if you desire.
6.) Great view of the city and the surrounding area from the roof top terrace and as an added bonus you can reserve it for parties or get togethers.
7.) Good maintenance staff that will help you out with anything you need all you need to do is submit a ticket in the Gallery 400 Portal.
8.) Security is good with every floor and entrance/exit being monitored. The property also has a garage that has 24 hour surveillance and staff on standby.

Cons:
1.) The walls are very thin and you can hear what goes on upstairs as well as next door. Privacy is a concern because of this.
2.) Windows aren't sound proof so everything from the outside can he heard. This is a huge issue because people like rev their engines goes down the street at 10pm.
3.) Residents and office workers that utilize the parking garage smoke cigarettes or other medicinal substances in the stairways. You can smell the traces of it as soon as you open the door. This has been an issue and they leave the reminencse in the stairwell.
4.) Homeless will bother you as soon as you leave the door and head to the corner of Hamburger Mary's. There was one instance where a homeless gentlemen attempted to put is foot in the door to get into the building after I opened the door to enter. They also will stand across the street and scope the area for people passing through. This is common during the weekends.
5.) The garage is very dangerous if you are entering or leaving during work hours. People have a tendency to speed or be on their phones while traversing the garage. Slow down and look around the corners.
6.) If you rent an apartment on the st. Charles side of the building you are directing looking into the offices of the Federal Reaerve Employees. They can see you too so make sure you either close the blinds or dress yourself.
7.) City traffic is an issue from around 2pm till 7pm. It can be an issue when your coming home from work. The bulk of the traffic runs down Washington ave and you have to pass through it to be able to get into the parking garage.

I hope this review will go to serve to well. Remember this is subjective and based on my experiences.
