Gigantic, martial concrete architecture, more reminiscent of a bomb-proof military building than a city hall. The building, deliberately designed by star architects in brutalism style (until then I did not even know the building), is especially interesting with the night lighting. Some "ornamental" items are as heavy as single-family homes.
