I was not very thrilled when Drummond took over our RGI account, especially after several mishaps.

Our customer service rep was nice and very responsive. I have ordered 100 pocket folders and received 1000 - so we sent the driver back with the remainder. First the accounting department sent us someone else's invoice. Based on the correct invoice, each pocket folder would cost $13, which is outrageous. The customer service rep told us the price was so high because the bulk of the cost is for pre-production. :(

Later on I received a quote for blank back covers for reports. They quoted over $1 per sheet, whereas I found the exact same ones for less than 30 cents.

I am not planning on ordering anything else from Drummond. Very dis-satisfied.
