I recently used Pet Cremation Services and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and professional, but I expected more personal attention during such a difficult time. The cremation process seemed to be handled well, but the overall atmosphere of the facility was a bit cold and sterile. I would recommend this service for its efficiency, but I think they could improve on the emotional support they provide.
