I've consigned several items here and I've gotten more money (even with the store/consignor split) than I was likely to have gotten by selling those items on my own--like on Poshmark or Ebay. I do find that the selections available in the store trend toward smaller sizes than I can wear (and I'm not even quite plus size), but I did find and purchase some 7FAM jeans that I love. If you're petite and have small feet in particular, you'll find some incredible items. The staff is very kind as well.
