I recently purchased a product from an online company and the overall experience was okay. The product arrived on time and in good condition. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. The representative I spoke to was not very knowledgeable and did not provide satisfactory answers to my questions. I hope they work on improving their customer support.
