My experience with Austin Air Rescue was satisfactory. The technicians were able to resolve the issue with my HVAC system, but the customer service could have been better. It took a while to get a response when scheduling the repairs, and there were some miscommunications along the way. However, the repairs were done efficiently, and the technicians were professional. Overall, an average experience.
