I've had an average experience with States Commercial Roofing Company, Inc. The quality of their work was decent, but their customer service could use some improvement. The roofing job they did for me lasted for a few years before I started experiencing leaks. When I contacted them, it took them a while to respond, and the process of getting the roof fixed ended up being more complicated than I expected. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory, but not exceptional.
