I've been attending the Golden Flower Tai Chi School for a few months now, and I have to say it's been a truly enlightening experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The classes are well-paced and provide a good balance of theory and practical exercises. The Golden Flower School has truly helped me improve my overall well-being and introduced me to a wonderful community of like-minded individuals. Highly recommended!
